Srini Ravuri
Managing Partner

Srini Ravuri is the co-founder and Managing Partner of ST Tech Inc. , a ERP System Integration firm. Srini is an IT professional with over 17 years experience managing Oracle practices and leading delivery teams. Working with a diverse portfolio of clients, he specializes in organizational design, complex global rollouts, and business readiness.

At ST Tech, Srini is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Oracle practice. He is responsible for leading strategic initiatives to expand the company both geographically and through new service lines.

Prior to founding ST Tech, Srini was the Oracle HCM Solutions Architect at Oracle HCM payroll product development, Redwood Shores, CA. He was the Director of Operations for SMC Infotech. He started his career at E&Y Consulting Services, as a HCM Team lead and Oracle implementation specialist. He is highly experienced in both functional and technical aspects of the Oracle Applications. He has presented to several industry groups and at Oracle Application conferences.

Ms. Gohman oversees ST Tech’s sales and strategic alliance efforts. Her strong commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty is based upon her approach to deliver the outcomes they require with an excellence and innovative approach to business solutions. Prior to joining ST Tech, Ms. Gohman ran sales and marketing for a global EDI consulting organization covering prestige customers such as Hoover, Dirt Devil, Kimber, Shiseido, Hitachi, Power Integrations, and Berkshire Hathaway.

The Director / Chief Delivery Officer – Oracle ERP Solutions provides executive leadership and strategic oversight for the delivery of Oracle ERP and Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications services. The role is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of complex Oracle Cloud implementations, transformations, upgrades, integrations, and managed services engagements across public and commercial sector clients.

He has extensive experience in working with CHRO Office ,CFO Office & CIO Office.

Prior , he worked on Oracle E-Business Suite as a Functional Architect for large Global Roll-Outs with heavy localizations.
